RETURN CONDITIONS
RETURN OF GOODS OF PROPER QUALITY:
You have the right to refuse the goods at any time before its delivery and within 7 days after the delivery of the goods (Article 26.1, Clause 4 of the "Consumer Protection Law").
The return of goods of proper quality is possible if the item has not been used, its appearance and consumer properties are preserved, as well as the integrity of the packaging, factory labels, and documents confirming the purchase.
The buyer does not have the right to return a quality product if it has individually defined properties and can only be used by this specific buyer (goods with an individual logo, custom-made products according to individual parameters).
Upon refusal of the goods, we will refund the amount paid for the goods within 10 days from the date of submitting the corresponding request, deducting the delivery cost. The return shipping cost of the returned goods of proper quality to the seller is borne by the buyer (Article 26.1, Clause 4 of the "Consumer Protection Law"). In case of refusal of the goods at the time of order acceptance from our courier, you only pay the delivery cost (Clause 3, 4 of Article 497 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).
RETURN OF GOODS OF INFERIOR QUALITY:
In case of discovering defects in the goods and submitting a request for its replacement, we will replace such goods within 7 days from the day we receive the returned goods and the request for replacement. If additional quality checks are required, the replacement will be made within 20 days from the date of submitting the specified request. If we do not have the necessary goods for replacement at the time of the request, the replacement will be made within one month from the date of submitting such a request (Article 21, Clause 1 of the "Consumer Protection Law"). Instead of requesting a replacement, you have the right to refuse the goods and demand a refund of the amount paid for the goods.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:
To return or exchange the ordered goods, you need to fill out an application and contact us by phone or email. The defective/wrongly supplied goods must be returned to us with the original labels and in the original packaging. In case of returning goods of inferior quality, we cover the expenses for shipping the goods back to us. Returns sent by mail should be sent without cash on delivery. MONEY REFUND
If you have already paid for the purchase, we will refund the full cost of the returned goods to your bank card. The refund period is determined in accordance with the refund method and takes no more than 10 days from the date of receiving the returned goods at the seller's warehouse, together with the completed buyer's application for a refund. The timing of crediting funds to the recipient's account depends on the internal regulations of the recipient's bank.
Carefully pack the goods in the original packaging and include all components (products supplied as a set should be returned as a complete set). Fill out the return application form.
