Delivery Terms
ORDER PROCESSING:
Order Processing - Day 1 (day of payment*).
Order Assembly - Day 1 or Day 2.
Handover to the Transport Company - Day 2 or Day 3.
Delivery - Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping service, typically ranging from 2 to 5 days.
*Orders received on working days before 4:00 PM (Moscow time) will be processed on the same day.
*Orders received on working days after 4:00 PM will be processed on the next working day.
*Orders received on weekends/holidays will be processed on the first working day after the weekends/holidays.
PRODUCT DELIVERY:
Delivery of products purchased from Roubloff's online store is only available within the territory of the Russian Federation.
For orders exceeding 3000 rubles, delivery within Russia is FREE TO YOUR DOOR. The choice of delivery method and carrier in this case remains with the Seller.
Transport Company SDEK:
Delivery to all cities in Russia!
Russian Post: Delivery to all regions of Russia, weight up to 20 kg. We use the "Parcel Online" tariff (delivery to the local post office). Delivery takes 3-5 days, excluding the day of dispatch and depending on the destination.
Self-Pickup:
If you reside in Kirov, you have the option to pick up your order in person from our showroom located at 29 Proizvodstvennaya Street.
